A group identified as ISELERU-Spring of Possibilities, in Osun State has donated clothing materials worth N300,000 to over 100 underprivileged children of Mobi and Agboko Communities of Ede, Osun State for the celebration of Eid-El-Kabir.
The chairman of the group, Hon Hakeem Bolarinwa said the development was aimed at assisting the underprivileged who are indigent members of the communities so that they could have sense of belonging as Muslims celebrated the annual festival.
He contended that the world would be a better place for all if those who were blessed within the society take it upon themselves to show love and good neighbourliness by sharing what they have with others.
While assuring that ISELERU-Spring of Possibilities would continue to embark on projects that would impact positively on the people in the communities, Bolarinwa tasked wealthy individuals, prominent Nigerians and corporate organisations to come to the aid of the needy in the society.
He further stated that the event was conceived as a way of giving back to the society, adding that leaders should further have mercy on the poor by improving their standard of living.
